Sometimes, I might not have my journal with me, and the Me.bot app has come in handy in this regard. I love how I can just type my thoughts instead on my phone. One thing I have really love about the Memory feature is that, it makes you feel good about your achievements no matter how small they might seem. I find this as a good means of validating my feelings and actions and as a result, my mental health is better. I think this app would be very beneficial to someone who is trying to begin their journalism journey and would like to stay consistent with it. It's an amazing app and I would highly recommend it to a friend.
