After last update my memories dissapeared

After updating to the latest version on Android, the app doesn't recognize my memories. It never loads chats, files, or links. I also don't see the descriptions of the people in my wiki; the app keeps "loading" forever. There's also a bug where, at the top of the screen, it repeats different dialogues over and over again, as if it were in an eternal loop. I can't do anything. I've deleted the app's data and cache. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it's as if everything I've been writing and saving since I created the account doesn't exist.
