Can't claim reward

I am trying to claim the unlimited messages reward for posting 5 notes in the first 2 days. It says I’ve earned the reward, but the button doesn’t work when I click on “claim”. I’m doing this from a galaxy s23 ultra (android) if that helps.

How can I claim the prize?
