Health Apple app connection

It would be amazing if I can connect me.bot with the health app of my iPhone. Specially because I want him to know about my cycles and my sleeping patterns. If Apple health app it’s no possible maybe apps like flow for my cycles and sleep cycle for my sleeping habits are the ones that I use.
