    Thanks for reaching out! Could you check if system notifications are enabled for our app?

    • iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications > Find our app and ensure notifications are allowed.

    • Android: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Select our app > Notifications, and make sure they’re turned on.

    If notifications are enabled but you’re still not receiving reminders, let us know, and we’ll investigate further!
