I can't get out

On the Mac OS app, I am stuck on this screen. I pull it down to click the x, but it snaps back up and will not let me. How do I get out of this menu!

    Thank you so much for the feedback. We haven’t fully optimized the Mac OS app experience yet, but we really appreciate you flagging this. We’ll take a closer look and work on improving it.
