Improvement on chat feature

Changing the arrangement of my question confuses the app and gives a different answer. The first answer was too generic, but the second answer was more detailed. Therefore, it would be nice if the bot could understand what we want from the start and provide a complete answer.

I asked the app to insert a link for online booking, but it couldn't do that. It might be better if this feature could be improved.

Finding previous conversations takes about 7 seconds to respond. I wonder if the response time increases with more memory. So, shorter responses might be better.
