Keep me informed about my surroundings

I'd like to be able to train the bot from specific websites (e.g. news about nearby places, etc...). It would be cool if it could be done because you could simply use an RSS type channel to learn new things "independently".

Maybe you could offer me news that could be interesting regarding my interests (be careful about privacy though)
