I have uploaded several books in TXT format. Right now, my app and website are not actually working. Memory objects are not loaded. Interaction with the chat is difficult. Sometimes it tries to load, partially the memory is loaded, after that it freezes. I have given support access to the account. Please fix the problem.

In my test free account everything works fine. But there is very little data there. So maybe the problem is increasing the data. But the whole interest is to make it work with good amounts of data.
