Missing input
I logged on for the first time in about a week or so, to find all my chats since 22nd January (almost a month) missing. Last entry is 22 Jan. I have interacted with second me multiple times since then, but all those conversations are missing.
This wasnt just idle log ons. This was serious interaction, saved to memory, and adding to the profile. All lost! And I'm a paid user for the last six months. This seriously undermines my confidence in the platform. Please investigate.

I am very sorry for the confusion. Please check a few things; your data should not be lost.
Update to the latest version of the app from the App Store.
If you are using iOS, there is a "Memories" tab at the very bottom.
Within the Memories tab, your past chat history should be stored under the "Notes" sub-tab. You should be able to find everything there.
If the conversation took place within a specific note, simply open that note to view the previous chat. Rest assured that these chats and accumulated memories will not be lost.

Ok, thanks. I updated the app as suggested. You have changed things around! What used ti appear on the me screen (home screen on the web interface) is now tucked away under “chats”. My interactions were saved, but saved under chats. I have converted them all to memories.

I have had a look around on the web interface (which is what I use most of the time) and finally found chats on the search screen. I have to say, this change is confusing and not intuitive. In my opinion ALL interactions should be visible on the home page, in chronological order, most recent first. It seems only “memories” are visible there. It used to be memories AND chats. Can we please get an option to get the chats back into the Home Screen timeline feed?
