Missing input

I logged on for the first time in about a week or so, to find all my chats since 22nd January (almost a month) missing. Last entry is 22 Jan. I have interacted with second me multiple times since then, but all those conversations are missing.

This wasnt just idle log ons. This was serious interaction, saved to memory, and adding to the profile. All lost! And I'm a paid user for the last six months. This seriously undermines my confidence in the platform. Please investigate.
