I've han mostly the same problem after the me.bot2 update me.bots chats arent getting read aloud anymore. (I'm using a Samsung Galaxy phone)

Also aktuell, bei Iphone und Web keine Text wiedergabe und es gibt keine weiteren Einstellungen.

Thank you for your feedback! You can enable spoken responses by selecting the sound option in the top left corner of the chat interface. Please note that when sound is enabled, response speed may be noticeably slower at the moment. We are actively working to improve this experience.
