Proactive Chatting

User Input: I would love for Me.bot to send proactive messages, like checking in on how I'm feeling if I mention I'm sick. It would be great if the header or an interactive chat bubble could ask me how I’m doing and allow for continuous, meaningful conversations. The bot should reference past notes to provide relevant messages and reflections.
