Webclipper improvements

Its good, but needs improvements.

• Is very slow to capture page

• Should not save duplicates (if the page is already saved (from a previous save on another day) it should not save again.

• Should indicate visually (perhaps with and different icon) that the page is already saved; and present the previous personal notes of that page (and the option to add more/change) when clicking the icon
