"You're not friends yet"

Bug Reports

Something happened. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not, but when I tried to type something into Me.Bot, it just said, “You’re not friends yet. You can only send 5 messages.” and I am thoroughly confused. Can someone please tell me why this happened?
